How accurate is the analysis?
Prodovo is built by a former CPSC Compliance Officer and uses structured regulatory screening logic — not generic AI guessing. It identifies which regulations likely apply to your product, what documentation you probably need, and what to ask your supplier. That said, it's a screening tool, not a legal opinion. Always verify critical findings with qualified professionals.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both Pro and Ultimate are month-to-month subscriptions with no contracts. Cancel from your account at any time — your access continues through the end of your billing period.
What happens when I hit my scan limit?
On the Free plan, you get 1 full scan. On Pro, you get 50 scans per month that reset automatically. Ultimate gives you unlimited scans. If you hit your limit, you can upgrade instantly — no waiting period.
Is my product data private?
Yes. Your uploads and scan results are encrypted, account-isolated, and never shared or sold. We don't use your data to train AI models. Only you can see your scans.
What file types can I upload?
You can paste listing text directly (recommended for best results) or upload a product photo (JPG, PNG, WebP). For BOM analysis, we accept PDF, XLSX, XLS, and CSV files up to 25MB.
